🚀 Part-Time Tech Lead – Delivery Platform (Full Stack)

Location: Flexible | Commitment: Part-Time (4 hours/day) | Start Date: Immediate

🧩 About the Role

We are launching Allo.Delivery, a delivery platform. We have the full project source code that includes gig and shop mobile apps, along with a full admin panel.

We are looking for a part-time Tech Lead (4 hours/day) to oversee installation, customization, and new feature development. You will be the technical lead of the platform, ensuring everything runs smoothly, is well-deployed, and scalable.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

• ✅ Overview & assist in Install and configure the bought source code on the server (mobile apps + admin panel)
• ✅ Set up hosting, domains, Firebase, and any required backend components
• ✅ Customize both front end and backend logic to match business requirements
• ✅ Implement requested variations (e.g., delivery logic, OCR scanning, pricing flows)
• ✅ Optimize performance, security, and scalability of the platform
• ✅ Collaborate directly with the founder to translate business logic into technical tasks
• ✅ Prepare basic technical documentation and deployment workflows

📦 Tech Stack – variations might occur.

• Flutter (iOS & Android)
• Firebase / Node.js / MySQL / REST API
• Web Admin Panel (Angular or HTML/CSS/JS)
• Hosting: AWS, GCP, or equivalent
• GitHub for version control

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Mobile development and backend integration
• Experience with deploying available source code projects
• Strong understanding of mobile-to-backend workflows
• Can work independently and deliver results on a part-time schedule
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Bonus: Prior work with delivery, logistics, or gig-based platforms

💰 Compensation

• Part-time: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday
• Flexible timing, with face-to-face meeting, when requested.
