🧾 Part-Time Admin & Accounting Coordinator (Remote – Beirut Based)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support light accounting and administrative tasks on a part-time basis.
🟡 Role Overview:
This role is mainly remote, requiring approximately 3 hours per day (Monday to Friday), with one in-person meeting per month for document archiving at our office in Badaro, Beirut.
You’ll be the main point of coordination with our external auditor and assist with basic admin support.
📌 Responsibilities:
Organize and prepare monthly receipts, invoices, and expense records
Follow up with our auditor and ensure timely submission of required documents
Maintain clean digital archives of all financial records
Assist with light administrative work (calendar management, filing, follow-ups, scheduling, etc.)
🧑💼 Ideal Candidate:
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable with light accounting and admin tools (Google Drive, Excel, etc.)
Based in Beirut (to attend 1 monthly in-office meeting)
Students or fresh grads welcome to apply
🕒 Schedule:
3 hours/day, Monday–Friday (remote)
1 in-person meeting/month in Badaro
💰 Compensation:
Small monthly retainer for this 3hrs/day.
