About Us
Allo.Delivery is a shop-centric last-mile delivery platform connecting shops, pharmacies, groceries, and laundries with verified gig drivers. We are building a mobile-first MVP.
Engagement & Conditions
- This is a freelance, project-based role under a work-for-hire agreement.
- You will work directly within our Figma organization account (we provide access).
- All work is delivered under an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect project confidentiality. You will need to sign it.
- While this is not a full-time offer, those who are serious, reliable, and deliver with excellence may have the opportunity to lead design efforts as we scale.
The Work
We need a senior product designer to turn our drafted flows into high-fidelity, bilingual (English + Arabic, RTL) clickable prototypes in Figma.
👉 logic is almost complete, and all draft screens are prepared in Figma — your mission is to polish, systemize, and prototype. Minor changes might occur while we are working, if needed.
Scope of Work (Two Clickable Versions: EN + AR)
- Driver App – order acceptance, navigation, proof of delivery, wallet…
- Shop App – place orders, wallet, insurance, tracking…
- Shop Portal Dashboard (Web) – order/customer management, analytics…
- Shop Fleet App – shop with its own drivers, fleet wallet & assignment…
- Shop Fleet Portal Dashboard (Web) – fleet version of the shop portal…
- Admin Portal (Web) – control panel for shops, gigs, wallets, policies, analytics…
- MPoS (Android App) – receipt printing and counter-order support…
Deliverables
- Information architecture + cleaned user flows for each role.
- Design system (tokens, components, RTL variants, i18n keys).
- ~250–300 unique screens (duplicated in EN + AR).
- Clickable prototypes in Figma for all flows.
- Handoff pack: redlines, exportable assets, API field notes for backend/devs.
- an excel file for the translation from English to Arabic
Timeline
- Week 1 → Align on design system & 10 sample screens (EN/AR).
- Weeks 2–4 → Deliver Shop App + Driver App + Shop Fleet App (EN/AR).
- Weeks 5–6 → Deliver Portals (Shop, Fleet, Admin) (EN/AR).
- Week 7 → Deliver MPoS app + final polish.
- Week 8 → Full handoff pack (prototypes, assets, API notes).
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in UI/UX design (logistics, fintech, or marketplaces a plus).
- Expert in Figma (auto-layout, variants, libraries, prototyping).
- Strong bilingual (EN/AR, RTL) design experience.
- Proven track record of developer handoff (Flutter/React teams).
Nice to Have
- Experience with mapping, wallets, live tracking, or checkout flows.
- MPoS or Android printer UX knowledge.
Contract
- Preferably based in Lebanon / MENA region.

- These percentages will be paid (after multiplication on the agreed LUMP SUM COST OF THE PROJECT). On delivery on each sprint, payment is due upon project architect satisfaction. No cost variations.
